CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Crossroads Travel, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, changes, and refunds apply to tours and travel services booked through our website.


1. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@crossroadstravel.com.

Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service booked:

1.1. Daily Tours & Private Tours

  • More than 72 hours before the tour date: Full refund
  • 72–24 hours before the tour date: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour date or no-show: No refund

1.2. Package Tours (Including Accommodation / Flights)

Package tours are subject to supplier cancellation policies. Refund amounts may vary depending on hotels, flights, and third-party service providers.

  • Cancellation fees may apply even if the request is made well in advance
  • Flight tickets are generally non-refundable once issued

Exact cancellation terms are displayed on the tour page at the time of booking.


2. CANCELLATION BY CROSSROADS TRAVEL

Crossroads Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour due to:

  • Force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions)
  • Insufficient participant numbers
  • Operational or safety reasons

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative date or tour of equal value

No additional compensation can be claimed beyond the refunded amount.


3. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend the tour at the scheduled time and meeting point without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.


5. PARTIALLY USED SERVICES

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused portions of a tour
  • Early departure or late arrival
  • Services missed due to personal reasons (flight delays, illness, etc.)

6. SPECIAL SERVICES

Special services such as:

  • Hot air balloon rides
  • Flight tickets
  • Hotel reservations
  • Event-based or time-specific services

are subject to strict supplier cancellation policies and may be non-refundable.


7. AMENDMENTS

Date or participant changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Requests must be made as early as possible.
